From the hundreds of entries to this annual competition for Year’s 2 and 4 of local primary schools, 2 winners will have been picked and
their designs made into Christmas Lights to be turned on by the winners and the Mayor of Scarborough Borough – Cllr Eileen Vickers and her consort at 4.30pm. See these lights on Bar Street and Vernon Road.
